I dont like your check on flop with straight draw. You should bet here for value.

I don't know about value betting, but I think we should certainly c-bet?

Thoughts?

Villain's river bet is too small. We can check raise here for some value extraction. So you definitely missed some value in the hand.

Hello,
here whats I am thinking
Good play preflop, even if I dont rally like play Q9s from that position
The vilain could've easily 3bet you preflop...
Flop play is quite correct, but depends. In micro like these, ppl can call you down to the river for whole stacks, and you can cbet, double barrel and still miss.. next? so in this situation, depending on the vilain, a check is not a bad play.
Turn:
You bet half pot, and he raises. These micro guys usually combine your action with the last card that came out. So he was really thinking he is ahead. After that raise, you should re-raise, or even go all-in.
IMO, raising on the turn is the best move with a strong hand. The river play is usually dumb and may be even tricky... Besides if he had a set played poorly, with that call on the turn of yours, he still could have a full house on the river.... Would you call an all-in with a paired board on the river?...:questionm

Thats just my 2cent opinion
p.s. as played, I think, you should've re-raised anyways on that river, get most money possible from the villain.

If you're being aggressive enough to play Q9 from MP then you should 100% be betting this flop, are you waiting for Q99 or something? :)

GII Turn, enjoy double up.

Wow, I guess I am a tight player. I would have folded the Q9 perflop. That early I see it as a losing hand in the long run.

I like the check on the flop. at these limits most people will call it with almost anything, and semibluffing isn't really advantageous without some fold equity. If you know anything different about this particular villain, then adjust, but usually i would just check.

at the turn you should probably shove after he raises, or at least reraise. his reraise here tells you, usually, "I have the top pair on the board, and I have a good kicker, so this pot is mine." occasionally you will find two pair or a set, but either way, they really, really like their hand right now. and very very rarely will that be the one hand that will beat you.

On the river. against a pretty obviously dead card for both of you, again, there's only one hand you need to worry about here, and that hand would likely be shoving or betting 3/4-full pot at you. reraise! The villain has already put a third of their stack in the pot by this point, they won't want to let that go if you charge them another 30-40cents. Well, if they are smart they might, but they often aren't and you don't lose anything if they fold.
