Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 77/20/1.47

Not sure if the AF is exactly right ( still new to pokertracker ).

Stats from pokertracker was over 40 hands i believe.
Here is hand history with disguised names

PLAYER2: calls $0.06
player000: folds
player00: folds
player0: folds
SmigginsPoker: calls $0.04
*** FLOP *** [6d Ah Th]
SmigginsPoker: bets $0.08
player3: calls $0.08
PLAYER2: raises $0.44 to $0.52
SmigginsPoker: calls $0.31 and is all-in

Uncalled bet ($0.13) returned to PLAYER2
*** TURN *** [6d Ah Th] [2h]
*** RIVER *** [6d Ah Th 2h] [Ks]
*** SHOW DOWN ***
SmigginsPoker: shows [9d Ad] (a pair of Aces)
PLAYER2: shows [Js Qc] (a straight, Ten to Ace)
PLAYER2 collected $1.02 from pot

Did i play this properly? Player2 i felt was a loose player who entered the pot 77% of time, raised preflop 20% of time, and won 4 out of 11 times at showdown.

New to site so if i did this wrong plz post and i'll fix. Names were changed for privacy. Blinds were .01/.02

Thnx in advance!!!

1) Use a hand converter.
2) Don't show the results, they skew people's analysis.
3) What's up with the short stack size? Playing with ~20 big blinds is fine, you just need to know *why* you're doing it.
4) Your bet size on the flop is pretty rough. You're betting 8c into 18c, you can bet way more and get more value.
5) You should probably be shoving preflop rather than calling if you're short stacking.

thnx so much!
3.) I made a bad bet when we both had pocket pairs and he had the better one early so thats what made me go down to short stack.
5.) And since its a ring game(not a tourny), should i still be shoving preflop?

3) Auto-reload is your friend. There's a lot of strategy difference between playing a shorter stack, and when you're playing a big one. So since you're playing against the same opponents (and you're using the same strategy to beat them) you should be playing with the same stack size every hand. So if you lose what you initially bought in for, rebuy in for that amount.

5) Sure. If you were playing a short stack, part of the advantage is that you can punish people for playing hands that don't have good all-in equity preflop (like, QJ for example). If you shoved, you're likely to pick up 13c in free money, or get your stack in as a favorite.

We could talk all day about stack size (20bb vs. 50bb vs. 100bb's) but, that's a whole 'nother thread. Plus, WV would probably ban me if I told you how to play a short stack correctly.
