I think your turn and river bets are fine. I'm not sure how many hands you have with this villain, but if we assume it is enough for these stats to be true, he is a TAG. I don't really see him calling the whole way with KT or T8. It's possible he has a set here, but if he does you are just going to have to pay him off. If I was playing your hand I don't think I would have played it much different. I would assume my 2 pair was good and if he is holding a set or a straight....so be it. Personally, I may have made my turn bet slightly larger to discourage anyone from chasing that straight, but that's not a huge difference.
Good Luck.

I also agree that it should have been a fold preflop. However, we all need to change it up once in a while to get the most value out of our good hands. So I only gave my opinion on the turn and river bets like you stated when posting the hand. Good Luck at the Tables.

I don't suggest you play J9 offsuit very often. It's a clear fold for anyone other than a strong loose aggressive type. The hand can't stand a preflop raise and if you hit top pair you are dominated by every other playable J hand that will call here like AJ .
As played your betsizing is fine you should be good here more often than not.
I would be concerned about what he is calling the turn with but at these stakes villains play almost anthing. I would expect to get beaten here quite a bit after he gets it in on the end. Id expect to see T8 here a fair amount possibly KT.
