SB: $1.41
BB: $2.43
UTG: $1.23
UTG+1: $2.21
MP1: $1.18
MP2: $2.11
CO: $0.95
Hero (BTN): $2.11

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is BTN with Q :spade: Q :club:
UTG raises to $0.06, 4 folds, Hero raises to $0.18, 2 folds, UTG raises to $0.40, Hero raises to $2.11 all in, UTG calls $0.83 all in

Flop: ($2.49) 9 :diamond: 7 :diamond: A  (2 players - 2 are all in)

Turn: ($2.49) 6  (2 players - 2 are all in)

River: ($2.49) 3 :diamond: (2 players - 2 are all in)

UTG is unknown, 21 / 3 / 2 over 29 hands and with no 3bet stats (means nothing since the sample is miniscule)

Anyway, here my choice is fold or jam due to his stack size.

Questions:
1. 3bet OK or should I flat? Since I don't know him it is hard to be sure about his UTG raise, he doesn't seem overly nitty.
2. After he 4bets - fold or jam? :D

Looks well played. Against a fish (his stack says he's a fish) getting it in is best.

$1.05 to call into a final pot of $2.49 = (1.05/2.49)*100 = 42.2%.

QQ v's {QQ+, AKo+} range = 40ish%.

Even against an absolutely crushing range you're still getting pretty much the correct odds and being that he's a fishy stack means he could be doing this with stuff like 75, A2 etc. Just get it in and if he's got AA/KK then meh. At least he didn't have a full stack so you saved some money.

What's wrong with flatting the 4bet here?

Get it in, as passive as villain appears we only have 30hands on him and all we can be sure on is that he's not a good player.
