Since you say that the villain is an aggressive player then i will 4bet on the flop since we are likely to have the best hand decent amount of time against such players. An overpair on such a board i likely to be ahead of his range, therefore reraise him and continue firing on the turn showing strength as the turn card is a good one for us to keep firing.

Therefore don't play passive against such opponents at such spots with super strong hands is what i would suggest.:albertein

I would try to get all the chips in the flop and hope he has QK or 9Q.
If he has set of 6, be it, it is just unlucky and move on.

When I said agressive bettor I meant in this board he played agressively, I don't
have stats on him. Oh and it was on zoom, forgot to say that.
Thanks for the replies, I agree I should have played more agressively and re raised the flop, draws could be in his range for sure.

villains min raise OTF is interesting, not quite sure what he's repping, but there are a lot of draws in his range he may raise with, so you should be getting as many chips as you can

I am looking at the chip stacks and the limit, I play back at him 99 percent of the time against the range of a loose player it opens your options on what to do. I make a move and put him to the decision and feel pretty confident you are ahead.

Nice play here! Well, I think if I am the BB player, I will play any hands in the same way, but bet the whole pot size on the river.

Considering the micro level you are playing villain could have anything from 89 or KQ to AJ AQ AK or total air trying to represent J 10 or a set. Making a big raise or shipping on the flop is pretty standard imo with QQ

Preflop and flop bets are good, when villain min raises on the flop we should be expecting them to have a good hand fairly often, unless villain is aggro fish.

The turn is not good for our hand, the 9 completes straight draws that any aggro fish would have raised the flop with and we still can't beat villains value raising range. I'm probably just check folding here but I don't know if that is too weak. I just think villain flats all the hands we beat on the flop and if the flop was a pure bluff surely villain would have made it more than a min-raise, that only leaves in hands that already had us crushed and draws that got there.

Same for the river, if villain had say AJ here they are never betting it, it's always getting checked back. Plus I think AJ flats the flop. I think it's a fold.
