I would squeeze preflop. If the nit 4-bets us we just call.

As played, I don't like betting out on the flop. I would check to UTG and go for a check-raise. We can rep hearts and hope to stack him if he has AA or KK.

As played, I hate checking the turn. There are a bunch of draws and weak made hands that will continue calling.

On the river I would call and fold to a raise. We've under-repped our hand so much that SB can value bet with worse.

you want to x4 + 1BB per caller.

1.60 would look better.

and then we are betting 3/4 to flop... even get it in hopefully if someone plays back at us.

But yeh once that flop hits after we played preflop better we just want to get it in.

Turn card is a danger card but its not the worst card. Floaters like AK now join the ride and 2 paired hands will def make mistakes.

The way you played this hand you have to fold. 4 callers pre someones got a Ten esp with how slow this hand is played out.

3-betting is pretty bad as it knocks out the fish, and we will be at the bottom of villain's 4-bet range.

Pretty standard spot for a check/raise on the flop to trap in fish money.

Essentially you play this hand to maximize profit against the fish. The nit is coming along if he has a hand, folding his AK.

for me its an easy squeeze - and probably a fold against an 4bet from the nit...
