Hero (MP2): $3.41
CO: $1.45
BTN: $4.61
SB: $3.06
BB: $0.97
UTG: $2.11
UTG+1: $0.81
MP1: $0.73

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is MP2 with T T
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.08, 1 fold, BTN raises to $0.16, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.48, BTN raises to $0.84, 1 fold

Villain is 30 / 17 / 1.4 (45 hands)

1. I need review of bet sizes here. 0.08 is (3+1 for MP)*BB but I don't know about the rest.
2. I folded since I believed that there is NO way this passive guy is gonna do this preflop without a bigger pair (he already folded once in a similar hand). Against a bigger pair my chance is 20% so I have to fold. Correct?
3. Should I have just called 0.08 preflop and then reevaluated the flop? Could have been cheaper... but this guy is prone to folding to aggression preflop UNLESS he has a monster so at least I received pretty precise info.

You did the right thing with the fold for sure. He was either sitting a larger pocket pair or 2 over cards to a 10 like AK, I'm not sure you would want to flip for such a large portion of your stack. I like the fold :)

I would probably flat the 3bet here since its so small and you turn it into set mining I think we turn our hand into a bluff when we 4bet

Well it is possible he would 3-bet with 2 Broadway cards (probably suited) or small PP so in that case he would fold to my significantly larger 4-bet.

What about bet sizes? OK or not?

Yeah flat the 3 bet, we are comfortably deep enough to set mine.
