Villain is a very fishy player with VPIP of 50 and PFR of 3 out of 26 hands. Early limper is also kinda fishy with VPIP of 33 and PFR of 6 out of 53 hands. I reraise with KJo to take out villains and see a flop. I was uncertain about the reraise on the flop but felt villain could do this with a King with worse kicker and did not have AK since villain would have raised then.

There is a lot of work to be done here. First off your preflop sizing is way too small you didn't really accomplish anything with it. The idea of the raise is to push your preflop equity edge, not to "take out villains." At what point do you think you have the best hand is the best question? I would say if you didn't have the best hand on the flop and turn that your opponent probably won't call your river shove, because they now have a counterfeited two pair. If your hand was the best on the flop and turn you likely need them to bluff the river to get any action so you are preventing that with your shove. His turn sizing is perfect for a raise in my opinion then I would shove river for a much easier to call sizing that will get looked up by hands worse than Kj. As played I don't really see any hand but a worse K that they will call with that you have beat, and k7 k8 and k9 beat you, so Kt and then the really crappy usually suited low kings.

Thanks for the advice. Villain did not seem like a good player so I was not sure if the turn reraise was good and I was also worried about the straight. I felt I was good on the flop but should I have let it go after the flop reraise?

You have to understand that the river K does very little to improve your relative hand strength. I.E. the only hand you beat now that you weren't beating before was 87 (and AA, which is extremely unlikely), and he won't call a shove on the river with his counterfeited 2 pair.

So he's not folding KQ/AK or full houses and not calling with 87 or bluffs. Clear case where c/c is going to be better than any other option.

That. Also, bet the turn and raise to ~12 preflop.

Ditto

Don't hate a flop fold either.
