$2 NLHE Full Ring: KK vs 3bet shove preflop against TAG reg?

I have some notes on the player, doesn't get out of line often and is a good player. Is this a situation where I can fold kings preflop? Or do you never fold in this spot regardless of reads?

villain is indeed solid and at this point is hoping you are not. He's hoping you will see his shove as weakness and call him light. granted you have better than what will be expected, it still probably isn't good enough.

He will show up with AA or KK probably 90% of the time. KK is probably a big underdog in this range, odd as it is to say.

Not the usual advice with this situation, I know...
