Should I call a 3bet preflop. I feel if I do I have to continue on the flop as it looks like a good flop for JJ. I didn't have any reads on his preflop 3bet range.

I think you can make an argument for both folding and flatting pre.
If you don't have information on V, I basically put their 3b-range MP vs UTG+1 on AK and QQ+. If that is his range, you are always behind with your JJ. However, he bet pretty small given how deep you are, so it makes sence to flat and setmine.
on the flop you catch an overpair and V bets. check-calling seems good to me. Turn goes X-X. This doesn't change V's range at all. since it's a complete brick, He probably doesn't get 3streets of value from smaller pairs, so he checks to show some 'weakness' and hopes to get some value on the river with his entier range (he will check AK on this river). River bricks again since neither of you have alot of flushes. So V goes for a value-bet on the river with all his overpairs. I don't see him having any bluffs if you don't have any reads on him. so I'd fold river.

Nice hand.

There's arguments to be made for 4-betting and folding. But given the small sample size of a bad TAGnit, this is the way I'd play it.
