Yikes, fold preflop. Or open-raise, but with 43o, I'd just fold. Limping gives your opponent a free flop while you have one of the worst hands there is. That might be ok in a live game, but not online. Raise or fold!
As played: fold to the preflop raise. The only time I ever play 43o is when I'm the BB and the flop is free.
Flop bet is ok, as is the turn bet. Lots of As are going to be staying in this. Fold to the river bet. You don't beat the board, so at best it's a chop, and chances are you're dead.

The only reason to play a hand like that is to balance your range a little, which is something you shouldn't be bothering with at these stakes. Just fold them and wait for better cards.
