Been trying to build a bankroll but hold em doesn't seem to be as profitable for me as limit stud. I got poker tracker free with their offer. Still to figure it out fully. It does tell me though that i lose the most money on AQ. Makes me almost lose faith in the hand altogether.
I am very much a recreational player, so I don't play the volume or the limits to really worry about tracking software (plus I dabble in SNGs and MTTs). But we do have a whole section on software tools here: Poker Software & Tools (http://www.cardschat.com/f61/). It's a good place to start if you have questions on using Poker Tracker, etc. I think you're best bet now is to analyze those AQ hands and figure out why it's unprofitable for you, and plug those leaks, rather than "lose faith" in it.
By results oriented I mean you played the hand well enough (some minor tweaks needed), you were just unlucky. Just because you lose a hand doesn't always necessarily mean you played it wrong.
