Alright. So villain was min-raising like 40-50% of hands from any position, that's why I 3x re-raised to narrow his range a little bit. So, I flop TP and make standard cbet for value and info. I was planning to not bet turn, but I got 2nd pair and decided that I can continue to apply pressure with now a decent hand. I bet river and turn for value and... he turned over set of deuces. Was there any possible way to get out of this? I doubt I raised too little to make pre, so maybe anything else?

Pre is fine. Even if you make it 4x, the fold equity isn't that much greater if he's that loose. Re-raising to narrow someone's range and betting to "apply pressure" are fundamentally flawed. We either strictly bet for value or as a bluff. There is no in-between, betting for "protection," or betting to "apply pressure."

I would check flop/bet turn/bet river or bet flop/check turn/bet river, especially given the board flush run-out. KJ is not the type of hand you can get three streets of value from in a 3-bet pot on this type of board. On board with three to a flush in a 3-bet pot, I'm only three barreling full houses and flushes, probably straights/sets too unless Villain is a nit/good tag who understands relative hand strength and isn't going to station with top two/TPTK. Two pairs are definitely too weak to 3-barrel for value.

The villain always check. It seemed that he have a very strong hand and sitting in an ambush. The Bank was already too big. Hero could say "check". What the hero to do if villain would have said "all-in"?
I would be afraid all-in and I will say check if I was the hero.

What? Bet the King because the fish is calling the turn with all his 1 club hands. I honestly don't mind it on any street as long as we're bet/folding I'm good with getting 3 streets from fishes with TPTK (although not on this run out) so 2pair is basically the nuts.

So we saved money ur saying??

+1 to WVHillBilly. Bet folding the whole way. If villain wants to play a set this passively then oh well. We will be earning more money for all the times they call with one pair or worse two pairs.

IMO your play was good. However I consider checking behind that river. There's flush and str8 both in his range (like baby flush or second nut str8).

Yeah, I'm 3 barreling here all day long. If he's c/r river with a flush or set then I tip my hat, take a note and move on. Btw, the queen only completes things that we're already behind, one combo of A-10 and one of 10-9.
