First of all I guess the 4-Bet was way too small? Should I make it like 3-4 Times his bet?

Second Question: The Flop here is very wet, and it is quite likely, that he has a Flush or a Flushdraw. Is this Fold good here?

No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (9 handed) - Converter Tool from http://poker-Tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php

UTG+1 ($3.09)
Hero (MP1) ($2.19)
MP2 ($2.91)
MP3 ($2.14)
CO ($2)
Button ($2)
SB ($1.98)
BB ($2.27)
UTG ($4.12)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with [Ad], [Ac]
2 folds, Hero raises $0.06, 4 folds, SB raises $0.09, 1 fold, Hero raises $0.14, SB calls $0.10

Flop: ($0.42) [Ks], [2s], [Qs] (2 players)
SB bets $0.21, Hero folds

Total pot: $0.42

Ya, 4-bet needs to be larger, and only fold the flop here if you hate money. You're playing vs. a range of hands and not soul reading what you think your opponents have. ps - he can't have a FH.

way too tight

1) As you mentioned definitely want to 4bet to at leasst 25 cents.

2) definitely not folding to a flop bet- of course losing to a flush, KK, QQ, KQ, however there are flush draws, straight draws, pair and draw combos that youo are beating so I like at least a call, se another card.

This hand would get interesting on the turn and river I think.

Most things are already said about this hand by above replies. What I can add:

A general rule for re-raising (esp 3betting) preflop IIRC:

IP: 3x
OOP: 4x

As played, call the flop and reevaluate on the turn or river.

Nothing wrong with making a fold when they're one card to make the flush. I know it's aces, but the board flopped suited. *shrugs*

Actually there is a problem. If you want to win at poker then you can't be folding the best hand.
