Villain is playing 30/0 over 23 hands for what that's worth. No history with him.

Probably folding pre with non suited variant of Q9 and as played river is close, but with no reads I don't mind folding this river, but calling is not terrible.

Loose call out of position preflop, however, good price. I still fold pre though.

Check raise flop. Like maybe 30 cents or so.

Bet turn around 2/3~3/4 pot.

As played, I probaby call river. What can villain have? He checks through on turn... I personally feel you are beating a large portion of his range here. Your hand seems really under-repped.

I feel like he probably has some sort of ace. Hands that he plays this way maybe AQ, AA, or A-x. People do play strange at $2NL though.

I would call, and not like it.

However, tighten up out of position. I can't stress the importance of position enough. Q-9 is just total trash OOP.

And if you do see a flop, and hit it like this, dig down, and bet your hand. C/R flop, bomb turn, etc.

When are you ever raising if you don't on this hand? Take control of the hand and CR the flop. You have a big hand so try to build a big pot. He could easily be open ended here so I wouldn't be slow playing here.
If he had anything decent he's betting the turn for value so its a call on the river for me and hope he didn't back AA into an unlikely boat.

I'm putting him on A9 suited since he raised at 24/0 vpip/pfr. I'd fold. His stats seem very passive so far and he's really being aggressive on the river. He might be doing a possible slow play on the turn.

Why are you playing Q9o? And why didn't you bet on the flop? There's no point in slowplaying at $2NL.
