The main difference I would make is to bet the flop and check-call the turn.

Any time we put chips into the pot we need to ask ourselves, "do enough worse hands call, do enough better hands fold?"

We need to bet for value on the flop while we are ahead, especially on a wet board. Our opponent could have anything from a flush draw, straight draw, pair, etc. so we need to make them pay to see further cards while we're still in the lead. No point in giving them free cards to catch up.

The turn is a pretty bad card for us so it is better to just slow down at this point. The check raise doesn't make much sense at all because a flush and a straight just got there. Too many better hands call our check-raise on the turn.

As played, the river is okay.

Bet 4 card flushes cuz you got so much fold equity.

People just checking tells you he aint got a flush or wants it. So betting turn/river could make you some money :)

The way we played the hand we should have bet the river because we cannot really attempt and win by check calling by then.

So we had a chance to take the pot away on the river as we can fold if we bet and get raised by villain. Hand was played passive right through post flop. :p

Agree, too passive.

Have to lead postflop especially on turn and river.
