I would have bet less as you are very unlikely to ever lose this pot regardless of the river and you want action. A small bet may induce some people to stay around and see if they can hit a flush- in which case you could potentially stack them with the full house. Betting 12 into that pot size doesn't give them any odds to chase the flush.

Bet flop big (3/4 PSB - PSB). People will go crazy with high diamond draws. Bet turn a bit smaller since you have the nuts and people call less often with just FDs on the turn than on the flop. Checking the flop is basically a crime imo though.

Preflop I actually think check > raise here. Flop is a mandatory bet though unless you have some read.
