Hero??

Villain only played 9 hands so I had no real stats on him. A mistake I made was betting a bit too lightly (flopping a set with aces, my thought was I was golden and should invite both to call). Once I saw the Jack, I then bet roughly half, though I think I should've done 2/3 of the pot.

So now, the river shows a 10, I bet again, and he pushes all-in. What do I do? Is it worth it to call, or do I lay it down?

My biggest mistake though was not being aggressive enough with the bets and letting a draw develop.

What's with the tiny betting? Fold the river.

You dont need to invite 2nl players to call, they will call anyway. Raise more pre-flop, bet more on flop, bet more on the turn. Fold river

Pot the flop, turn and river. Your bet sizes are far too small. Bigger pre as well at NL2.
