I like calling PF, but 3b is ok too. I like calling PF a little better though, because JJ OOP can be tricky.
So, as played:
Why are we checking the flop here? We 3b PF? We want monies going into this pot. This is FPS.
So bet flop 1/2 pot, and if we get called, I guess we shove turn. We will have awkward stack size on the turn. If we bet again, but not AI, we have very little OTR. So stack size is goofy on this hand, as played.
C-bet smallish, like 1/2 pot, because board is pretty dry. Hopefully someone mistakes our sizing, and goes crazy. Even as we checked, we can c/r but I hate that line.

As played, with you C/c flop, just move in OTT. We have slightly over PSB. And your opponents will probably be scratching their head and saying wtf. I think you get some pretty light calls here.
