I don't have much information for this player
but I do think the 7bb raise is weird.
Though, I think my KK is great so I 3 bet.
The question is, should I call the 4 bet shove by villan.

I think the villan maybe 4 bet shove for some bluff
so their range will be AKo AKs QQ+ maybe some A2s / A3s
and if that is the case, our eqity would be 60%

if they won't 4 bet shove for bluff
our eqity versus their range would be 57%

That's my thought

But since I have countered so many KK vs 4 bet shove situation
that turned out that they show me AA

So are their range such narrow that like AA/KK/AKs ?
Should I call the 4 bet shove
And what should I call the raise, and how do I play postflop?

Thanks for answering

Well the preflop sizing of the V is big tell but still there are so many retards on 2NL that I can't see any other option than to call the 4bet and occasionally face AA but I would say there are a lot of players who would 4bet jam any suited broadway ace or any pocket pair higher that 77.

I think its just a std cooler and I call the 4bet

Without history, you'd better call the shove here. But you can consider folding when facing a passive villain that has close to zero PFR/3 bet/4 bet ratio over a large sample of hands who effectively only raise with AA.

Totally agree.

I use to play MTT, and it's the kind of situation you want to avoid in early game, and maybe a call in bubble/late game. Depends on your stake.

For cash game, there is no such a thing like bubble or 'the next hand'. It's all about that particular pot. And for that pot, KK shouldn't be in a bad position too often.
You could have faced AQ, AK and win the pot.
For AA vs KK > AA has 82% of winning (pre-flop)
For AQ/AK vs KK > KK has 69-72% of winning (pre-flop).

So, it can easily be a call. The main driver lays on your perception of the V. Some of then just can slow play an AA.

Looks like you got your money in and so did they. I would probably do the same.

$2 NLHE Full Ring: classic KK vs 4 bet shove

Thanks for all those reply
I'm unsure of the decision cause I encounter the situation for 5,6 times at NL2
and always being stacked by AA
So I'm wondering if I underrated their range
But sounds like you guys won't put them in such a strong range.
Sounds like the call is the right thing to do!
gl for u guys, thanks a lot!

I don't see how you can fold here with KK... Unless you know Villain is only going all-in with AA. You did the right thing bro, just bad luck to run up against AA.

With no information and at these stakes, I wouldn't factor in a 4-bet shove as a bluff with weak suited Aces. That said, I think you have to call here.

Just a cooler.Folding KK in any situation is almost unthinkable.
