Judging from this thread and the other thread you are checking waaayyyyy too much. I would almost be willing to say you are the type of player to bet when you miss and check when you hit which is a very bad habit to have.

We want to get value with our big hands.

If there is a flop to check though it is this one because it is pretty bone dry and we have the nuts. The J gives villain a lot of hands that he will call with so I bet turn larger and probably have a hard time folding to any river against this shorty.

But utg may call with medium pp like 7s 8s 9s and overcards... so we like the bet on flop

Esp if we have overcards n bet this flop

Jjs and qqz calling 3bets aint out of the question. Even seen kk calling pre to draw value from medium pp

As others have said, not a great flop to check back. Your turn bet is also really small.

Realize that you're playing against his range. If you bet, some of it may fold. But betting allows you to win the biggest possible pot. Bets increase in value by a factor of 3, the river bet is worth significantly more if you also bet the flop and turn.

So yeah, bet the ****ing flop.

You 3bet pre then check the flop ?What are you saying here? This is where your story gets all screwed up as you've given up any sort of high ground.

Bet the flop (some will argue to check to give villain a free card, but most turn cards will put some sort of straight draw or even a flush draw out there, and unless you're prepared to handle that kind of situation then don't give a free card).

IF he calls the flop, then you have a better idea where you stand on the turn and river to see if he actually does have you beat.
What did he have? AQ? QQ?

Fold is right desicion here, you hit top set great, very strong hand, i think you must do velue bet on flop, take the lead, but not too much 'cause board lil' bit dry, when turn comes not good for you bet larger to protect youself, unfortunately river awful, You 3bet pre ,he just cold calls expecting from him AQ, if he have QQ why villain just check flop and turn? he still try drawing this spot.

Easy fold. I wouldn't check back that flop though. As played, on the turn you need to bet way more than that; that's not even half pot what you had bet.

Just a couple quick tip: When you bet 1/2 the pot you're giving Villain 3:1 odds. Bet 1/4 the pot: 5 to 1.

Basically... bet that flop!
