Easy and clear fold in my opinion. He most likely has QQ+. You're not even beating AQ what is by far the weakest hand players go occisionally all in.

Hey S ...I fold.. there would need to be reads and or tilt issue going on before you call this off. And as you don't mention anything and his vpip/pfr gap is small and he's likely decent then just let it go.
Have a think about why he might do this to you in the context of the hands you have played whilst at the table together.

+1 @Fig and @Pap
Typically AK is only hand in Ax range one considers anything else than fold.

re: Poker & $2 NLHE Full Ring: Call the 4bet shove??
Good job I folded then isn't it.
I had wrote this in my 2nl thread "This hand I played earlier, I wanted to call his shove after I 3bet, but just thought I don't think that would be the right play as he could of limped in the SB with QQ+"
Don't know why I put limped as he clearly ORd 2.5 BB, but I did think he was probably holding QQ+ here as I don't believe he would of shoved AQo/s in this spot. It could of been TT+ but any PP could beat me if I missed.
Here is the whole hand:
