$2 NLHE Full Ring: Blind steal gonne wrong
Here's the story. Table tighten up considerably after a couple of crazy all-ins. The 3 players on my left were tight (SB:15/11, BB:7/5, UTG:no reads but he just sit down) and I managed to steal blinds everytime I had something remotely playable and raised until this hand popped.
Hero (BTN): $3.32
SB posts SB $0.01, BB posts BB $0.02
Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero has 8♠ 6♦
fold, UTG+1 calls $0.02, fold, fold, LP calls $0.02, fold, Hero raises to $0.08, SB calls $0.07, fold, UTG+1 calls $0.06, LP calls $0.06
Flop: ($0.34, 4 players) 7♥
SB bets $0.24, fold, fold, fold
So either the SB got tired of being stolen or in fact he had something. That ace is a scare card but I did have a draw. Pot odds
were against me so I mucked. Question is: could I have done something different?
