Villain who min bets is a super crazy fish with 89/19 who likes to min raise or limp into pots and then overbets the flop despite not hitting and has gotten lucky, hence the big stack. I have AKs so I instantly 3bet and get smooth called by a decent TAG with 12/9 out of 330 hands. The fish 4bets small so since alot of regs have said getting the money in pre with AK is standard, I decided to 5bet shove to isolate the fish since it is likely that the TAG player would fold unless he had QQ+ (unlikely or he would have 4bet my raise then). Is this the right play?

I play it the same. I'm not happy with the nit flatting but our 3bet was small and super strong looking so it could be a setmine, the fish is also an added incentive.
Even if he does have {AK,QQ+} we have >40% equity vs his range.

Is there any argument for folding or raising but not shoving? Im guessing that villain does not have KK+ if he is flatting and put him on TT-QQ. I think folding is too EV- to do and felt that even if I raised, the money is likely going to go all in either pre or on the flop anyway so shoving here at least gave me some fold equity against the nit.

Ye a 50c 5bet would be fine seeing as we have position on the fish. Should keep more of his range in as well. We may only get to see 4 cards when we miss (unless he donks) but his wider range should cancel that out as we make more money when we hit.
