He was LAG (I think) preflop with 67% Cbet so I floated his CB. He did checket turn, should I have bet then? Make him pay for free card in case of draw? It's a 3 at the turn and there was already a 3 on board so that card probably did not benefit him. Huh? What do you think?

On river he checked twice in a row so I think it was clear that he didn't had much, so I bet.

Yes, bet turn here, something about 0,35 would be my bet here...
I don't think he will have a 3, therefore he raised to much preflop, so dont be afraid of him...

you can bet the turn to push out AK, that's fine. You likely have the best hand though any ways, but I don't mind the bet if you can get AK to fold.

Calling flop with backdoor flush and straight draws standard. Bet turn when checked to. He could hero you with AK if you check turn and bet river, which he could interpret as a missed draw like QTs or exactly what you have here. I rarely do the delayed float, as people tend to call lighter. I did it once or twice successfully, but I can't remember what the turn action was haha.

Your opponent isn't smart enough for this silliness, just bet the turn.

him betting 0.24 on flop and checking turn when nothing has changed makes it clear to me you should be betting turn :)

Is the call on the flop a good play? Why?

From my perspective hero missed the flop and doesn't have that many draws going for him.

Villain is 3-betting a lot of hands (~6%), and c-betting a lot of hands on this flop (pretty much his whole range). So his range is weak, and we can turn a lot of draws on the turn (K, T, clubs, A, Q improve our hand). Combine the two, and calling the flop with the intention of re-bluffing him on the turn, or improving our hand is pretty standard in a spot where our opponent has a lot of junk in his range.
