Really not sure what I should have done here. He bet both times almost instantly that I folded on turn. Doubt I should have called flop tbh.

I would just fold the flop here. Even if he is "bluffing" you with a bottom pair type hand he is still 70% to win. The only thing that you are ahead of is a draw and sometimes not by much. He could easily have a huge draw on this flop which is a flip or better against you. Him having a complete airball is pretty unlikely. Calling just to fold later here is definitely the worst thing you can do. You'd be far better off just shipping the flop. Folding is a far superior option however.

I like folding. When a player donk bets pot he's not folding therefore no FE and probably not enough SD equity either to justify a shove.

Do you guys use poker tracker as you go or only afterwards with analysis? If you use it while playing, how do you input the potential hands quickly?

i think youre referring to pokerstove.

Personally i never used it while i was playing
