I feel this is a stupid question because I think I should have checked the turn due to having nothing.

Few things went wrong. First your 3bet preflop was way too small. You have a good hand, get value with it. I tend to make my 3bet 3x their raise size when I have position and 4x when I'm OOP.

Flop bet is ok I guess. Turn bet is bad. You're bluffing but the 4 isn't a good card for you to bluff on. If it was a face card then I'd be more apt to bet or if we had a spade draw

Pre flop very bad. Bet bigger. Never click min button again. raise to like 0.27 we then have a pot of 28.5 BB. bet like 20BB on flop then flop is 68.5BB amd we can shove on turn generally. If you bet like you did flop is 17.5BB on flop, bet 14 BB pot is now 39.5BB on turn and because of shit 3 bet sizing we can't shove turn unless you want to do a ridiculous bet. Thats why we 3-bet bigger and don't spaz out with min raises. As played I just check back turn. if he thinks his hand is good on flop turn doesn't change anything. Also because of your spazzy bet sizing his range was never polarised so board could well have hit him.

You 3bet sizing is way too small. As a general rule of thumb you should pretty much never make a 3bet that is less than 3x the original raise. I would normally make this about 30c here. Your cbet should be a little bit more as well. Check behind on the turn. That's not a good card for you to barrel.

Echoing everyone else, 3bet bigger pre. Also Cbet more on flop. It's a pretty wet board, should be cbetting about 3/4 pot to rep a hand like QQ+. c/f turn and beyond.

Agreed. 3bet should be huge at this stake, but most importantly never bluff opponents at 2nl. Thats the only way your going to prevent yourself from turning a profit at 2nl. The players there will call you down the majority of the time, so wait for a strong made hand and then barrel away. Nothing wrong with playing ABC poker at 2nl. :)

Even mediocre top pair type hands can be paid off for 3 streets of value, so theres no reason to find other ways of winning. Just be patient.
