MP was 45/45 over 20 hands and 10xing pre with J9s+. The previous hand he had raised 10x with JTs, called a 3-bet shove stacked and sucked out. Given previous hands, should we 3-bet here or shove all in?

EDIT: Because of his bet sizing and stats I have no f3bet stats or fcbet stats.

I would 3bet shove, no point messing around if he will call a shove with j10
