Last night was my first really rough session loosing 3 buyins.:( I also found one of my biggest problems is playing against nits and Tag players. I'm not sure when to give them credit for what they have. Villain is 0,0,0 over 12 hands.

PokerStars - $0.02 NL (9 max) - Holdem - 9 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

BTN: $0.85
SB: $2.38
BB: $7.16
UTG: $5.00
UTG+1: $1.88
MP: $1.24
MP+1: $2.51
LP: $0.97
Hero (CO): $2.22

SB posts SB $0.01, BB posts BB $0.02

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero has K A

fold, UTG+1 calls $0.02, fold, fold, LP raises to $0.08, Hero raises to $0.32, fold, fold, fold, fold, LP raises to $0.56, Hero ???

Not quite sure how to assess this player. He hasn't played a hand yet, so I figure he is pretty tight. I figured my reraise would would have him folding his low pocket pairs, etc. When he 3bet me I now put him on QQ KK AA AKo. With this range he has me beat, but its such a slight 3bet. What should I be doing here? Do you agree with my assessment of the player? I am trying to get to level 2 thinking.

he's 4-betting not 3-betting you, just shove, doesn't matter if he only has KK+ and AK, the dead money makes it profitable

You can't fold AK to a half stack.

Well, it seems for the most part I made the correct decisions last night. Guess it just wasn't my night. Seems like I have been making the correct decision at the time, but when I go back I tend to read to much into things.

I struggle with this as well. Mainly, when I have AK or TT/JJ, what do I do when the Super Nit 3 bets? Is it always AA/KK? Obviously, it doesn't work in this situation because of the stack sizes, but can we flat call and see a flop and take it from there?
