Party Poker - $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Holdem (9 players)
Party Poker Hand Converter Tool from CardsChat.com

SB: $0.85
BB: $0.77
UTG: $1.12
UTG+1 Hero: $2.07
MP: $1.86
MP+1: $2.03
MP+2: $0.92
CO: $2
BTN: $2.04

Pre-flop: ($0.03) Hero is UTG+1 and dealt :ad4: :jh4:
UTG raises to $1.12 (All-in), Hero folds, BB folds

Villain is a kind of crazy fishy player who is 47/16 out of 19 hands. Usually, I would never consider calling a shove from villain but I did call villain's shove once when villain was on the button with $0.60 and I was in the SB with AKo. Villain had A7o and won the pot with a 7 on the river but 2 hands after, villain open shoved again from MP. I had KQo at the time and felt villain could do this with any Ace so I decided to fold this but this has made me think that villain is willing to open shove with weak aces.

I think calling here might be a mistake because villain could easily do this with a pp including QQ+ which has me near dead or with AQ+ which also has me dominated but villain seems willing to shove light. Any opinions on this hand?

So 19 * .16 = 3, has he shoved all in all three times he raised? I think you really don't know enough to call. Maybe he got KK, then AK, now AQ or something. Could easily be the case. You don't know that he is shoving garbage.

I'd probably discount any value hands from his range (QQ,AK) as fish love to slowplay.

I'd call if you can stand the variance (your probably flipping with his range). Doubling up a fish isn't the end of the world anyway.

I snap call because we want as many opportunities as possible to remove a fish from his money. If we are flipping (and very well probably are) and lose, we still have plenty of shots to get it before others do, unless he HnR's. But when fish are at the table def want to be the one taking their money.

yeh, I'm calling, if I understood correctly it's the third time he's shoved in 19 hands, and one of those times he had A7o. His range prob includes all sorts of crap

In response to Reptar, yes. Villain has limp/called nearly every pot except for 3 times when he open shoved. The first time was when he shoved with A7o from the BTN. The second shove is unknown since it was folded around and he only won the blinds.

Well, if it is 47/16 then that is like half the hands he has seen, so he is folding the other half right away.

No doubt the guy is bad, but AJ isn't the stone cold nuts either. I would guess you are in the lead at least 50% of the time tho, so if you can handle the variance, go for it. I think I would wait for a better spot and to know more first.
