This was the interesting hand I played. Both players are fish, but the button is quite aggressive and the BB has a large 25% 3B stat. Since I had a strong suited ace which was well ahead of the BB's 3B range i decided to flat. I really wasn't sure how to play this hand, here are some questions I have:

1) Should I have 4 bet preflop being way ahead of both players' ranges?
2) Should I have lead out (or check raised) on the flop? What about the turn?
3) On the river how much should I have bet?

The river raise was confusing, kinda hard to see what he could have. But he tanked before doing so (a timing tell) and the 5 does complete some gutshot straight draws so I'm assuming he had me crushed.

Preflop I think you played it ok, I want a bit of evidence I am in front of the BB before committing more chips oop. Same thing applies on the flop, blindly leading out into two agg fish is not my bag.
However once the BB folds then you must lead out on the turn. You likely have the button beat and you don't want to give him a free card here, like ever, especially with the flush draw out there. You can't let him make a hand for free.
Bet the turn to take away his drawing odds (50% pot min) and give yourself two ways to win and gain more information.
The river yuck but YOU may have let him get there and you have no idea what he has....and this is why playing oop is difficult and to be avoided. Normally Id just let this go as raises at this level normally mean they have it but your hand is underrepped here he might think you were bluff stabbing and he thinks a medium pair is good..I call. Also this guy is on your immediate right and you should be able to use position to get your money back if you are wrong.
