$2 NLHE Full Ring: Ace high, facing value bet? Is this a bluff?

No hands with this guy, he does splash around a lot. I couldn't put him on anything great on the turn and the river just didn't seem to connect. Is this a good call or should I be folding this?

BTW does anyone know of a hand converter that works with FullFlush hand history? I can't find one.

I don't like the raise with A9 from utg, moving on since you got 3 callers it is better to just give up after the flop.

Trying to bluff multiple opponents with air can be very risky, also any one of the 3 villains could have hit the on the turn so it was weirdly played, taking a stab on the turn and then check calling the river with just Ace high. I prefer folding pre flop.
