First rule in poker is "dont play poker when you are tired" The limp utg lets say is ok,but as you said 3bet but not all in ..

Your 3bet allin when he raise 3bb it's not good because you very often don't get action. You should 3bet to about 0.22$.

Yeah I think this too .22$ good size to 3bet
