Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Ad As
fold, UTG+1 calls 1 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, SB raises to 2 BB, Hero raises to 10 BB, UTG+1 calls 9 BB, fold

Flop : (22 BB, 2 players) 4h Kh Ah
Hero checks, UTG+1 checks

Turn : (22 BB, 2 players) 5h
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets 22 BB, Hero?

Should I bet the flop? I thought it wouldn't gain anything based on his previous hands being a calling station.

Yes, bet the flop 100% of the time. Especially when he's a calling station like you said. You don't want him to get a free card on this board.
Now you're in difficult situation. When he bets the pot he probably has a strong flush or just wants to steal the pot hoping you don't have a heart after you showed weakness on the flop.

Mostly you just have to fold but depending on the player you can call. Will he pay you off reall big(!) when the board pairs on the river and he has a decent flush ? How often does he bet the pot ?
By betting the flop you're not only get value from flush draws or other sets etc. but you're also keep the control of the hand and gain more informations about villains hand.

Surely bet the flop 2/3 pot. And check-fold on big bet on turn. Or do the blocking bet 1/4 pot on turn and fold on aggression.

This is a very danerous spot, but your fold was very nice. Not much to say about it because your bet size on the preflop was nice and that flop is not too nice to c-bet in my opinion, because the vilain can have any suited card that is the same as the board and he would pay almost anyting just to see the turn. In some cases, depending on the opponent, if you know, it's nice to bet about 80% pot on this flop

check his fold to flop cbet stat , just because hes a station pre , doesn't necessarily make him a station post flop , he could just be hit or fold , you also have boat outs on the flop vs flushs .
like the 1/4 pot blocking bet on turn , as even smaller hearts my now fold and still leaves the boat out if called . if shoved on easy fold.
