thanks for headsup, im a tourney player who likes multiway pots with these types of hands, and its for the reason, pots get bigger on the end streets enabling me to stack off

my process was, i see a limp, a raise, a call, im expecting the UTG call, and its only costing me 5c

thats when flop hit and i have a flush draw + inside straight draw, not that i would ilke that to hit as that would make a scary board

then i was offered 12c call to win 72c

once i hit the flush and the player leads out so hugely i have to get it in

but im still trying to improve cash which is why i asked for the feedback on the hand

Yea I would also fold pre. I understand your point of view, you had great pot odds and so on, but in 9-handed I don't think you will profit from this play in the long run. The low flush is way to weak in my opinion.

I can see calling this ina tourney if you have the chips but making a habit of it is a losing play in the long run which is what cash games is about.

Good grief. Fold pre, automatic. On to the next hand.

As played, we could definitely C/R flop to around $0.50ish, and jam turns.

However, I really have to say, there shouldn't be a flop decision. In no universe am I ever calling this raise preflop. One could argue 3b or fold, but come on, it's 4-high, just fold. If you ever find this spot again, I don't care what odds you're getting, etc, etc, just fold. Every. Time.

Edit: And FWIW, gutter on the flop could just be dead. So I wouldn't rely to heavily on it. You would have bottom end, lose to 8-9 and 4-8.

I never call such hands with such bets in full rings , i would have wasted some blinds for nothing or I would have to take hard decisions like on this example , face higher flushes or straights . At least that's what I do :)
