you should give us some info on villain to get the best response any stats etc to categorise him and help narrow down a range.
Also post a hand history rather than a link to a hand replayer and stop the hand history at the point you weren't sure about and remove the results .
having said that
preflop - if villain is really loose , you could 3 bet as his range would be really wide so the chances are that if you setmined by calling , if you hit your set he would be unlikely to pay you off when you hit because his range is wide so likely to be really weak on the flop and fold his air.
if he's tight then set mine hiim as his range will be ahead of you and if you hit , he's likely to have a hand that will go several streets with getting value.
flop - as played fine
turn - bet 10c as he checked back on flop so likely missed the flop and charge flush draws to continue and build pot if your straight hits on the river.
river - if you bet the turn , bet the river and represent either a flush /straight but fold to any raises as you don't even have the nut straight as 78 has you beaten.
as played fold to the river raise don't get into a raising war.
