I'm not sure what you are asking. Only one hand can beat you and is this the type of player that would call raises with 4, 7? I call here without hesitation.

Let me ask this a different way...

What are you scared of showing up? As the previous poster said, 47 is the only hand that beats you. You have enough hand with them, surely you must have seen them show down something to give you insight.

End of the day they could have AK, busted flush draw, two overs, medium pocket pair, set on the flop, so many hands you crush. Why the hesitation??

Because it’s a check raise shove on the river for more than 2x the pot from a passive player in the micros

I did end up calling but I had to stop and think for a minute.

I would not read player as passive, AF for PT4 sometimes shows funny number for me too up to 100 hands or so. Again imo AFq must be used mostly with AF.

Here I would read VPIP/PFR/3bet -> he is fairly active, more than most actually, maybe he likes to trap.

What does AFq numbers show per street? What is his CB? What is his win showdown and went to showdown?

(Not that it matters too much, because folding is just too not possible like previously commented).

You are saying you have A4 or 44 capable to call river shove rest is medium strength at best, I'm quite sure that you need to fold 80% of your range OTR.

I'd expect villain to show up with 47s a fraction of the time here. Most of the time id expect a hand like A4 or 54, and ( at micros) a set or 2 pair could rip it in.

You're reading into it too much. Call. If he has 4 7 it's a cooler. If you fold it's very bad poker.
