AJ and a multitude of busted draws can play the river this way. He's repping KT & air, and when 36/31 players do this, it's a lot of air.

If we had more hands on this guy, I'd suggest checking his river aggression. Quite often, low AF on the flop & turn doesn't translate on the river.

Yeah, it's hard to make this decision with this few hands.

At 2NL it’s EV+ to fold non min river raise without too much thinking close to always. It’s very rare players bluff the river by raising, so it’s up to villain if he value bet this with worse. Probably only worse hand doing this for value is AJ maybe sometimes AK So I second @Aces

The score is 2-2 :D

Edit: It seems you need to be correct 20%? If so I think calling is not a big mistake.
Edit2: Hmm, not sure anymore if it's a mistake at all, egal fold or call? If we give him value range {AA,JJ, AJs, KTs} and only one bluff {Tc9c} we have the odds to call.
Edit3: =D Well the moral of the story is, that folding river raise at 2NL pokerstars is almost always correct move, is the theme here regardless what the correct outcome in this hand is.

That's correct, needed 20%, that's why I'd lean more on towards calling. River shoves do tend to be something pretty good from fishes though.
