Perfectley fine with this. As you said cold 4-bet then a 5-bet, those ranges are usually going to be AA and KK. We are occasionally see some looser AKs and QQ but i think not nough to justify a call.

On the other hand, you are plaing at 50BB so one might argue for a call, but I think not here.

I've noticed at 2NL that 4 and 5 bets are 90% of the time AA and KK. Sometimes you may see a QQ but its usually cooler city time.

2NL on ACR more times than not ends up being a bunch of nits waiting around to cooler each other. Sometimes you get some slingers sitting down but it's not too often from my experience.

Its probably a fold at 100bb but given both opponents have less than that I dont think theyre solid players, probably worth a call, you block AA & KK and I wouldnt be surprised to see players with these stacks felt TT feelin it was good enough

It's 888 Snap at 0.01/0.02. They could have almost anything. The big question is how often are you going to call in this situation and still remain profitable. I'd be confident in this situation that at least one of them has AA or KK. You don't even have a pair. I would say you should call no more than two out of every ten of these types of spots. Anyone else?
