2NL 6-max zoom on pokerstars.

Villain (CO) has $8.90

Hero is dealt Kd Ks
SB posts $0.01
BB posts $0.02
UTG folds
MP folds
Villain (CO) raises to $0.06
Hero (BTN) raises to $0.18
SB folds
BB folds
Villain (CO) raises to $0.57
Hero calls $0.39

FLOP ($1.13) is 7h 7s 8d

Villain bets $0.84
Hero calls $0.84

TURN ($2.75) is 2s

Villain is ALL-IN
Hero calls $2.20

RIVER ($7.00) is 4h

Villain shows Ah As
Villain wins pot $7.00

Could I have gotten out of this? I suspected that the villain had AA all along, hence the reason I didn't want to stack off preflop, but it was so hard to fold KK on this board which clearly missed his 4betting range.

no reads on villain? depending on reads im just GII pre here, his 4b range isnt AA only so:

I have a HUD but I find that the format is actually more difficult to read, so I prefer to type it out myself.

This is 2NL zoom on PokerStars... the average villain won't 4bet QQ or AQs and will only sometimes 4bet AKo and AKs, which makes my KK pretty weak against his 4bet range. I think I should've folded on the turn, but I potentially could've folded on the flop or even preflop. Any other opinions?

You can't fold on the turn, he could be betting here with QQ just as likely as AA some villains even barrel AK here but that obviously takes a read.

Yeh I would've lost my money, a lot of villains will spaz out with broadways here as well and overpairs we crush.

just be watchful of opponents stats because getting it in pre is optimal in most cases.

The issue is that this is zoom poker, not regular tables. The players here are, on average, very nitty. I usually find that a 4bet at these stakes means either AA, KK or sometimes AKo/AKs, since hands like 99-QQ and AQo/AQs generally flat-call a 3bet. Since I didn't have any read on this specific villain, but he was deep-stacked and looked like a 2NL zoom reg, I felt I should've used assigned this general 4bet range to the villain and I felt he would've given up AK after his C-bet failed, meaning I should've realised he had either AA (6 combos) or KK (1 combo) once he bet the turn, meaning I wasn't getting the correct odds to call and I should've folded... is this logic sound?

Hard to get away unless you know the villain is a super nit.

this all hinges on how deep you are here.. any reads?

and im not sure 180bb is deep enough to not GII pre here. it's close but id just GII

start thinking about flatting the 4b w/ 250bb+
