I think this is a pretty easy fold when he jams, we are ahead of literally nothing unless we think he spazzes flush draws

opponent is not known... 8 hands is not enough...

"Should I have folded when he shoved?"
when BTN raises to 7 BB - possible flush draw...
but when BTN raises to 103 BB... here its range is very narrowed... you should have reset on this bet!
