i don't think aggression is too important here. he bet almost full pot into two players so he probably has something decent. the fact that he checked the flop and then bet the turn when the flush card came makes me think it very possible that he has a flush, so your implied odds to call to see if you hit on the river should be pretty decent. therefore calling is good here given that the cutoff called too (otherwise you should fold)

You played the hand alright i think. Attempting a steal is risky and you might have had to double barrel which still does not guarantee getting folds from two opponents. If one of them is a calling station or if they slow played on the flop then we stand to lose chips. I would wait for another spot.;)
