I've been trying to play "ABC" poker at $2NL and seeing as people seem to shove with high pairs, I thought this was the right call... but was it?

Also, was my bet sizing okay pre-flop and on the flop?

I'm flatting from the sb there, I'd rather nor play an inflated pot OOP three way with KQ. folding to the shove, especially once the CO calls.

Pretty much what ^ says, flat pre, especially because people call way to wide, you should only 3-bet with premium hands there.
On the flop I'd bet around 40 cents,
Anyways, unless both CO and SB are complete donkeys you can't call there, especially because it's a 4-way pot, I'm not suprised to see a set there.

Oh and don't post results the next time.
