You have to give some more info on the players mate.
These are one of those spots where some maniac would shove ace high as well as a nit would shove with the nuts.
So without some info/readings on the players it's impossible to give better answers.
Write some stuff about how he's been aggro/passive, showdown hands, does he play for ranges etc..

My instinct would be insta call.

After some thinking:
Given there is only very few AA and KK you lose to, and only other hand beating you is TJ is relatively unlikely because not many players cold call 3bet with TJ, if they are bad enough that would be only 4 hand in form of suited, let say 50% of time topped with maybe 0.5 slow played KK+, making it about 2.5 hands you lose to.

Generally speaking turn raise is not even close of being as scary than river raise.

Btw is there a reason you don’t write notes?

Bb is 2 cents yeah? Call 100% then... This not a damn tournament no worries if you lose it. You need to develop a table image that says 'if you engage me hard, I will take a hard hit or hit you just as hard back'.

If people know you don't call huge bets without nuts then guess what they do? Exactly, they bet huge. This is what makes cash games so much more elegant than tournaments, you can afford the loss and still win the 'cash game session' overall. It's not momentary-luck reliant it's consistency reliant. :)
