I think flatting IP is the best option. We don't need to inflate the pot IP with our hand, and we probably don't have much fold equity. Keeping the SPR high and using our positional/skill against a maniac is much better with Q10s. I'd rather 3-bet premiums against laggy players who don't fold to 3-bets. I also wouldn't be surprised to get 4-bet light here, so don't 3-bet. Q10s also does better multi-way and gets more implied odds. By 3-betting, you are discouraging UTG 90% of the time from coming along.

I hate this 3b.

You have position. Player seems bad. Just see the flop, and play poker. We 3b for value, and sometimes as a bluff. However, in this case, we have queen high, and don't expect villain to fold.

Answer this question....

Why are you 3-betting here. Explain this. What is your reasoning?

Q-Ts flops well, plays multiway well, plays IP well.

Flat preflop. Play poker postflop in position.

3-betting to ISO the bad LAg is fine. I'd lean more towards calling here in position though because you have a fish in the blinds, and utg is a fish. So if the pot is MW, it negates your bad LAG's aggression unless he's just a spewtard. In that case, I prefer the 3-bet to ISO him.
