In future hands please do not include results in the post because that changes people replies to be results orientated and usually incorrect.

What do you think villain thinks you have when you triple barrel on a monotone flop?

He thinks you have a flush which means you should ask yourself. Is a villain with a 1.3 AF trying to bluff me off of a flush on a monotone board after you take this line? Probably not which means you should bet/fold to a jam on this river because you beat no other value hands and villain would have to be a complete maniac to bluff in this spot.

yes but I had Qd which is a pretty high card, he could have many cards below that and because Kd got already dealt on the flop the only card that beats me is Ad.
Is his shove on the river a sign for the Ad or would another player shove with any card below Qd aswell?

Why do you think you can call the allin here? What else hand can the villain have?

Dont think that he would call your bet after turn if he didnt have CARDd in hands, so you have Qd, Kd and Jd on board, opp could make pfr with Ad-K/Q/J or 10d10x and 9d9x. Dont think that he would reraise allin with 10d or 9d. U made too big bet on river, even if he just called you would lost almost all ur stack.

Not much thought into this hand.

1st you called with AQoff... we are OOP we want to tighten their range and make it easier to play the hand.

2nd You donk bet on the flop. What are you trying to represent? K??? You won't have a strong K because your flat pre. so your medium strength hand at best and burning money.

A big re-raise he either has it or not.. Just call but earlier streets is where you failed.

I don't think flat calling is that bad. What's worse is your reasoning. We NEVER want to tighten an opponent's range unless we're bluffing. We three bet because we think he will call with KQ, AJ, 77, and other weaker hands. Your reasoning is really bad here.

No I stick by the reasoning.

Alright if we tighten their range, it doesn't necessarily mean they are going to call only with JJ+ but we will still get value from Ax hands etc and medium paired hands will definetly call... Also we will get 4bet if we are way behind and get to save our money.

I just don't want them going in with any connected cards/low and dancing all over us because they have position on us. If i'm going to play AQoff OOP it's on my terms and I control the hand/the best I can anyway.

Plus we have fold equity here by representing strong premium hands especially if our opponents have seen us play them exactly the same way.

By limping or calling it's just asking for trouble and your handing money to them. *smells fishy*

Last thing to add on the hand as well, If he's called the turn he's going to call the river.

I think if you had the Ace blocker for the nut flush you may get a bit more folds though
