Absolutely raise post flop, especially after the check from SB. Going by what you did though, obviously you need to fold after the turn with his raise once the Q comes up, and given his stats I'd definitely put a Q with A, K or even J kicker in his range so folding is the best option.

i bet if i was in your situation at the time of this happening i would have played it the same way. but since i have the luxury of watching all what happened after the fact i would say that cbetting the flop is a little better than checking given the fact that theres a flush draw on board you need to protect your hand. you might not have a verry strong hand but you still have a hand worth protecting. sure a percentage of the time villain could be trapping with sets, 99-AA, and A4. but i dont think villain is 3bet checking any pairs on a board like this. most likely Ax, broadway cards, and MAYBE some suited connectors. which is why i woould probly cbet something on the bigger side and just check fold if called.
