That Q kinda ruined the river for me. I think the best line is to turn my pocket 9s into a bluff catcher but betting might make the hand easier for me. I also wonder if 3betting PF or raising the turn wouldn't be preferable. C/C to the river sounds too weird.

3Bet preflop, if you are going to check the flop you better be reraising at 1/4 pot bet, Bet the turn. probably bet/call the river here.
As you are just calling his range here is massive.

I think you have been too passive on each street. 3bet preflop snd against someone that loose I would raise the flop / turn. Great board for 9s where you can squeeze more value out of them.
