Bet sizing is fine and you are probably beat on the river but it is really hard to fold to a minraise but in this case you probably should since there are really no hands that are bluffing
on this board and it is pretty obvious you have an ace here.
What bluffs can villain have on this river? The only draw on the flop is a gut shot to the wheel which would be folded on the turn AND that draw got there anyway. Villain would have to turn a hand like A10 into a bluff here and that just does not even make sense. So in conclusion, you have to fold here because there is zero sensical combos that make it to this river and raise that you beat unless villain lost his mind after calling down with pocket 7s or something else highly unlikely.
EDIT: To be honest, I think river is a check call at best since you are not likely to get called by many worse hands.
