Fold an over pair for half pot? Snap call. You only have to be good here like 25% of the time.

This is a call. Like Mike says he bet 1/2 pot (14 out of 29) so you're getting 3:1 ( (14+29):14 )which is 25% pot odds ( 100:(3+1) or 14: (14+14+29) ). So yeah easy call here.

I would call and i think you should bet the turn you still have some value to gain and you keep control of the pot on the river.

For that bet size, given how you played the turn, this is a snap call all day long against all opponents, Otherwise you are overfolding and playing too tight.

As the majority says I think this is a snap call. I can understand to some degree wanting to check your Jacks on the turn if villain is that tight and you think an overpair is possible (meaning he's not really betting anything at all preflop) but I think Jacks have to be in your calling range on the river especially to such a small bet.
